My services focus on metaphysical and existential exploration, guiding individuals toward clarity, self-discovery, and personal transformation. Through structured consultations, I assist clients in navigating life's challenges and deeper questions.

Metaphysical and existential counseling, Mindfulness and self-awareness practices, Behavioral change and habit formation, Interpretation of patterns and synchronicities.

Important Notice:

My services are educational and spiritual in nature. I do not provide medical treatment, psychological therapy, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, or emergency services. If you require such services, please consult a licensed professional.


2. Confidentiality

Trust and privacy are fundamental to my practice. I maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during consultations, with exceptions required by law or ethical considerations.

Confidentiality Commitments:

Your personal information and session content are protected. I implement appropriate measures to safeguard privacy and uphold professional integrity.

Exceptions to Confidentiality:
Confidentiality may be breached only in the following situations:

3. Service Structure and Fees
Consultation Format:

Sessions are primarily conducted by phone, ensuring flexibility and accessibility. Most sessions last between 60 to 90 minutes, though longer sessions can be arranged.

Fee Structure:

Standard Sessions:

 • Typically range from $125 to $150 per session (60-90 minutes).

Multi-Session Discount:

 • Available for clients who book multiple sessions in advance.

Pro Bono Work:

 • In some cases, I may offer sliding-scale rates or waive fees based on individual circumstances.

Initial Consultation:

 • Complimentary.

Payment Terms:

 • Payment is due at the time of booking.
 • Retainer payments (if applicable) are due at the start of the agreed-upon period.
 • No refunds for missed sessions without 24-hour notice.
 • I do not accept insurance, as my services are not classified as medical or psychological treatment.


4. Website Privacy & Data Protection

Information Collected:

I collect only the information necessary for scheduling and providing services, including:

 • Basic contact details
 • Communication preferences
 • Session scheduling details
 • Payment information

Use of Information:
Your information is used solely for:

 • Conducting sessions and scheduling appointments
 • Processing payments
 • Improving service quality
 • Meeting any legal requirements

5. Client Rights & Responsibilities
Client Rights:

Client Responsibilities:
To ensure an effective consultation experience, clients are expected to:

 • Provide accurate information
 • Engage honestly in the process
 • Give at least 24-hour notice for cancellations
 • Respect professional boundaries


6. Record Keeping
I maintain minimal records related to our work, including:

 • Contact information
 • Session dates and durations
 • Payment records
 • Brief consultation notes (if necessary)

All records are stored securely and disposed of appropriately when no longer needed.


7. Emergency Situations

Centerpoint Consulting does not provide crisis intervention or emergency services.

If you are in crisis or experiencing an emergency, please:

 • Call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room
 • Contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (988) for immediate support
 • Seek assistance from a licensed mental health professional


8. Right to Refuse Service

Centerpoint Consulting maintains the right to refuse service to any individual at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to conduct that is disruptive, unethical, or incompatible with the nature of the services provided.


9. Termination of Services
Either party may cancel services at any time and for any reason.

 • Either the client or Centerpoint Consulting may discontinue services at their discretion
 • Any outstanding fees remain due and must be paid upon termination
 • No refunds will be issued for services already rendered
 • Referrals may be provided if deemed appropriate

Circumstances Under Which Centerpoint Consulting May Discontinue Services:

 • A breach of agreement or failure to adhere to policies
 • Violation of professional boundaries
 • Non-payment of fees
 • If services are no longer beneficial or appropriate
 • By mutual agreement


10. Legal Compliance

These terms are governed by California law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local regulations.

I adhere to:

 • State and federal privacy guidelines
 • Ethical standards for metaphysical consulting
 • Local business and consumer protection laws


11. Amendments

I reserve the right to update these terms as necessary.
